Madison High School Expansion was a project for the Oakland Unified School District. As native Oaklander’s we take pride in this project as it brought life to the school campus for students to enjoy while providing an inspirational environment so students can achieve their academic goals. We installed new drought-tolerant plants along with a new automated irrigation system that complies with California’s Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance and Bay-Friendly guidelines. Additionally, Artificial turf was installed in the amphitheater area and large courtyard. This High School expansion increased student capacity by 147 students.
